RETURN POLICY
Please note that Return Policy described below apply only to online purchases made through www.alljoysupply.com/www.fantasyUdream.com.
The merchandise for return must be unworn, with original tickets/labels intact/attached, and must be
accompanied by the original invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
RETAIL PURCHASES
You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of purchase due to manufacture defects or wrong sizes. The items must be returned in their new condition with original tags attached. To return or exchange merchandise, please follow the steps below.
- If you are returning for any other reason than a manufacturing defect or wrong item(s) we shipped, there will either be a 20% restocking fee or we will not refund the shipping charge (whichever is greater).
- For an exchange, please indicate on the invoice or notes what you wish to exchange the returned items with. Please indicate a reason for your exchange on your shipping form. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your purchased item, and the copy of the shipping form or your Order ID number.
- Since we personally inspect each item before shipping, any damages during shipping MUST be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the item(s). NO EXCEPTIONS!
- YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation on your package.
- Once your returned item is received, it will be processed with 2 business days. FantasyUdream will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
- Occasionally, a customer's order, that we have processed and shipped, will come back to us marked "Refused". We will either charge a 20% restocking fee or we will not refund the shipping charge (whichever is greater).
- Regarding Rings Please note: Because every printer is different, the Online Sizing Chart almost NEVER works. So it’s best to size your finger at a jewelry store with a metal finger sizer.
- If the exchange is due to our mistake we will not charge you for re-shipping the item. However, if you wish to make an exchange for an item other than what you originally ordered, you must include shipping and handling fee of: $5.95 for domestic orders and$10.95 for international orders. Be sure to include the new size you need.

TRADE AND/OR WHOLESALE PURCHASES
Merchandise found to be defective in workmanship or material, a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER must be requested within 10 DAYS from the
shipping date. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our
discretion. If the item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT
will be issued. There will be no exchange or credit on non-defective items.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF
RA NUMBER, OR THE RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED. Please make sure
the RA number to be displayed and visible on the returned package, or the package
will be rejected and returned to the sender. Cancellation of orders after 24 hours from
the time of submitting the order or failure to accept delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee.
