RETURN POLICY
Please note that Return Policy described below apply only to online purchases made through www.alljoysupply.com/www.fantasyUdream.com.
The merchandise for return must be unworn, with original tickets/labels intact/attached, and must be
accompanied by the original invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
RETAIL PURCHASES
Merchandise found to be defective in workmanship or material, may be returned for a
refund or replacement within 14 days from the shipping date. No refunds or credits
allowed to non-defective merchandise unless it is due to our errors. Shipping/handling
charges will apply to all exchanges not caused by our errors.
TRADE AND/OR WHOLESALE PURCHASES
Merchandise found to be defective in workmanship or material, a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER must be requested within 10 DAYS from the
shipping date. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our
discretion. If the item is out of stock and cannot be repaired, a COMPANY CREDIT
will be issued. There will be no exchange or credit on non-defective items.
RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ISSUANCE OF
RA NUMBER, OR THE RA NUMBER WILL BE CANCELLED. Please make sure
the RA number to be displayed and visible on the returned package, or the package
will be rejected and returned to the sender. Cancellation of orders after 24 hours from
the time of submitting the order or failure to accept delivery will result in a 20% restocking fee.
